• Customers must provide accurate personal and measurement details when placing an order.

• All transactions made on our website are legally binding.

• HYWO reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

• Orders: Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially for bespoke items.

• Payments: We accept various payment methods, including paypal, credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Full payment or a deposit may be required before processing an order.

• Refunds & Returns: Due to the personalized nature of our bespoke tailoring, we do not offer refunds. However, we provide one free alteration for fitting adjustments within 14 days of receiving your product.

For eligibility regarding alterations or order concerns, please contact our customer service team.

• HYWO is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as shipping disruptions or unforeseen circumstances.

• Customer data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and will never be shared or sold to third parties without consent.
