Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

HYWO offers multiple shipping options to ensure timely and secure delivery of your bespoke and ready-to-fit garments:

Domestic Shipping (Vietnam): Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days.
International Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.
Express Shipping: Available upon request with additional charges.

All orders are processed within 3 business days after confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Fees & Tracking

Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method. Free domestic shipping may be available for qualifying orders.
Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched. You can track your shipment via our carrier’s website.

HYWO is not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect shipping addresses, or carrier-related issues.

Customs, Duties & Lost Packages

International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Lost or Stolen Packages: HYWO is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. However, we will assist in resolving any delivery issues with the shipping provider.
