Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

At HYWO, we take pride in crafting high-quality bespoke and tailored garments. Due to the nature of custom-made products, we do not accept returns or refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors in production.

  • Bespoke & Tailored Orders: Non-refundable and non-returnable, as each item is made specifically to your measurements and preferences.

  • Ready-to-Fit (RTF) Products: Eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.

  • Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

Return & Exchange Process

If your item qualifies for a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us at info@hywovn.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

  2. Approval & Shipping: Once approved, ship the item back to us within 7 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.

  3. Processing Time: Exchanges or store credits will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Note: Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items & Final Sale

  • Custom-made, altered, or worn items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
